Week 7 : Teaching observation I
                          
                          

             Hello everyone, today I'm going to reflect on my teaching observation, Because the fourth-year students of the Faculty of Education have to observe about teaching at the school for one month, so I decided to observe at the Muang Ubon school because it is near my dormitory.

                      On Monday 20 August 2018, the first day, I went to the school about 07.20 p.m. I met friends from other majors, then I'm greeting and made the friend, some of the friends I have known them since I was the first-year student that easy to familiarize. Then we met with the director of Muang Ubon School, He clarified what the teaching observation students have to do, and he assigns the mentors to each majoring.  I have the opportunity to observe Mutthayom Suksa 1-3 in English class, the teacher often read the passage from the book and the students repeat after the teacher, many students do not listen to the teacher, some make a noisy, some talk and some play with their friend. The last class of every day is about "Moderate Class, More Knowledge" the teacher divided students into two group, the representative of each group come to gesture the vocabulary to the members, which group has the highest is the winner.

                    On the Tuesdayday, I have the opportunity to be the invigilator and in the afternoon I observed the Mutthayom Sukka 1 in English class, The teacher divided students into two group, the first group is the students who do not pass the test on last class, the students have to do the test again, the second group is the students who are pass, the teacher assigns the students to read the book and translate the vocabulary from the book. And the last class is "Moderate Class, More Knowledge" the activity is not different from the first day.

                      On Wednesday, I have the opportunity to observe the different teacher from the first and second day. Because she teaches Prathom Sukka 4-6, so she has the different ways to teach the students from the Mutthayom Sukka. she reviews the students' previous knowledge, then she reads the passage from the book slowly and interprets the meanings to the students. The students read the passage together and the teacher asks the meanings of the vocabulary from the passage.

                     On Thursday morning, we are meeting about the project that our team has to make at the school. And in the afternoon the students of the faculty of education have to be the audience of the lecture from the privy councilor, so today we do not go to the school.

                  On Friday is the difference from another day because I have to observe in the Music class, the teacher teaches the contents about singing to the students then she summarizes the content and she turns the music that is on the content to the students. The last class I teach the students how to play the crossword game.

                   From the whole of the week, I realize that the students are very important for the teacher, I think if I will be the teacher I have to assign tasks or organize learning activities to suit with the development or age of the student because all student are different. I think it is not easy to manage in the classroom so I have to learn from this observation.

                 Finally, I feel very happy with my friends who from The Physical Education, they very nice and friendly that does not make me uncomfortable, and they always bring the snack to me.

Week 6 : Learn from mistake

                                 

Hello everyone, I going to reflect about my class on Tuesday  14  August. The teacher assigned each group to organize the workshop about using the application to teach and learn for the teacher in 21 century so that I have the opportunity to be a workshop organizer in the class, Developing and Evaluating Teaching Innovation II.

Before the workshop day, our group has divided each other duties. My duty is making the posters to public relations posters. I'm not good at the graphics, because no one in our group can make the posters, and one of my group told me that she would give to other major's friend. I offered to do it because I think if others can do it, I would do the same. We are meeting many times to prepare for our workshop. We chat almost every day.

On workshops day, we go to university at 11 a.m. to prepare the place and the equipment to be ready to be ready before the workshop. But then we have the problem because the room that we use to workshop is used to teach other classes. We are very stressed but we helped solve the problem, contact the consultant, contact the teacher who uses this room to teach, contact the person who handles the schedule of the room that we do the activity. When we dealing with each person, we can do the activity in the same room. During the workshop, there were some problems such as some people did not listen, some people make a noise. When the workshop finishes, our stress was reduced. We reflect on the activity with our advisor.

Reflection makes me know the problems that each member has encountered. The advisor told our group that " because this is our first time, learn from the problem and make it better next time".

Week 5 : Let's make learning fun

                     

                             



On Wednesday 8th, I studied  Thai study it is about translation. Before the class, I read the book and translate some vocabulary that I did not know the meaning. When I go to the class, the teacher reviews the content that he taught last week. It makes me more understanding. When the teacher teaches new content I can understand faster, because I read it before that makes me fun, do not bored and want to know more about the content that the teacher teaches. After the class, I go to the Education library and review what have I learned on that day. During reading the book I talk with myself I like Thai study because it is not just about translation, it not about how to translate, it makes me want to know about history, belief, religion and so on. I have fun during I study because I prepare myself before the class. I think I have to prepare myself with every subject, not just Thai study. That makes me understand all the subjects more, and do not bored while study. Let's make learning fun. If you make stressful lessons, you will not be happy. I hope my techniques will benefit my friends and the readers.

Week 4: Do my best

Hello everyone, I going to reflect about my class on  Wednesday 31 July. The Teaching and Learning in English, we study how to manage the class, how to use techniques to teach students. There are different activities for each week,  peer teaching activity, test about grammar or learning about techniques.
This week is different from each week, we are role play about Thailand Education. Because of last is the vacation, most of my friends back to their hometown so that we can not meet and do our group work. Before we meet, we chat on the Facebook group about the dialog. We do our group work on Monday. First, we choose the character that we want to play or appropriate with each person. Then we read the script about three to four times. Next, we rehearse about four times and we choose the costume, sound and so on. We rehearse again after class on Tuesday, we play with real sound for four to five times. We worry we can not do well but one of my group said that " do our best".
On Wednesday, the day that we have to role play. There are five groups in the class, my group is the last group to perform. I watch every group perform, each group is the good performing. I worried again I do not want to compare with others group and I told myself "do your best". When we have to perform we can do better than we rehearse.
๋Just do our best of our way, no matter happens we will not regret.
