Week 14 : Museum Ubon Ratchathani
On Thursday 11th October, the fourth-year student of English major had the opportunity to learn about the class Thai studies at Museum Ubon with the teacher. This is the second time I have gone, the place is not different from the first time and the thing that changed was the atmosphere I had with my friends and the teacher.
There are ten rooms in the museum that we have to learn, it is about general information about Ubon Ratchathani, geography mineral resources, prehistorical information, Draravati - Chenla culture, Khmer culture, Thai-Laos culture, ancient clothes, indigenous music, arts-crafts, and governance.
The study at the museum, I have learned about historical evidence that very interesting such as the bronze drum, the bronze bracelets, bone tool, the temple boundary stone, and so on that make me know about the way of life of ancient people. This made me realized that in the ancient times there was no technology but people could live. If there is no technology today "What is our life?"
I am very excited to be with my friends because this is the first time that I and my friends have come out to study outside the classroom together. I want to go on the educational tour with my friends and I hope that our majoring teacher will take us on the education tour.

week 13: New Foreigner Teacher

On Monday 1st October, the third week that I have the opportunity to study with teacher David, who is the new foreigner teacher. He teaches me after my teaching observation. He is the active teacher, he looks different from another foreigner teacher who was I have studied with. Although he looks very serious in his teaching, I like him a lot. Before starting the lesson, he always has activities for students. When I study with him, I have a problem that I cannot listen to him clearly and I know he tries to speak slowly and clearly. When he said I had to look at him because it would make me listen and understand what he was saying.
I like to study with him, I like to listen to what he said although it is sometimes difficult and it makes me want to develop myself.
Another one that I wanted to reflect, it is not about the learning is on Tuesday morning, the teacher said when people are stressed or worried, they have the way to deal with it, everyone has their own way and not get stuck with it. As the teacher said, I realized that I should do something that makes me relax and do not stick with the problems.

He is a transgender and he wore the see-through shirt, skirt, and high heel, he has a unique and very confident. He from Australia and he move to the London about 2 weeks to compete for the X-factor USA. He sang the song the show must go on with his feeling and emotion through the song that he sang and make the committee appreciate with his performance and can pass to the next round.In the second round, he sang with his emotions and confident again and he passes to the next round. In the next round, he can't pass because the people judge him that he is the transgender but them didn't see his talent.
This story, I think the people have the different way to present themselves and we cannot judge anyone even if they are the girl or the boy, the things that we have to see is their talent.
From Rick and Dick Hoyt's story, I think love is the great thing, It's not just love of men and women, but it is the love of the father that can make anything to his son.

Week 11: Be sorry

On Tuesday 18th September, I studied the Advanced Communicative English for Teacher class. The teacher assigned the students to did the activity "Storytelling" is about sharing the experiences of the teaching observation at the school. My story about the one thing that I still feel sorry for the one of my student is I can not help the student A who was hit by student B and the student A is LDs student, he always sleeps in the classroom and sits next to me and talk to me in the English class. Every class that I have to observe the grade 6 students, I usually see student A was hit by student B, who was the behavioral LDs and often browbeat the other students. The last day that I have to observe the grade 6 students, while the student A was sitting near me then student B came to hit the student A and I just said "don't do that" "don't hit your friend", but he did not care what I have said. I felt sorry that I can't help him because I know the teacher cannot hit the students and I'm just an observer student. About the student B, even the real teacher cannot do anything with him. The teacher has often warned him about his behavior. I do not want to judge the student B because I do not know his background. From this story, I just want to know if I am the teacher in the future "What should I do with this problem."

Week 10 : Teaching Observation IV
I feel frightened that the last week of teaching observation in Muang Ubon school, but I have many things to handle. On this week, it's something special and something like the week before and I do not want to back to the university.
On Monday morning, I have no classes to observe and I went to practice the Crossword game with the students, who is the representative of the primary student to compete in the Student Arts And Crafts Competition. Then I went to the grade 9's room and there were 3 students in the classroom, other students prepare their competition, and I have turned the English song to them.
I went to the school normally on Tuesday, even though I had to attend the Open Class Activity of English major at the Patumpittayacom school in the afternoon but my partner has to teach in the morning and I have to be the observer and shoot the teaching videos. After that, I went to pay the tuition at the university. Then, I went to the Patumpittayacom school. On the way to the school, It's heavy rain that made me and my friends got caught in a downpour at the unknown temple and we stay inside the temple until the rain lets up. When the rain stopped we left the temple, the rain comes down again and I got soaking wet while I was arriving at the school, me and my friend have lunch before going inside the school that made us late. The Open Class Activity was good, Worrawit was the teacher of this Open Class Activity, he is a clever teacher so he can teach the students well, but just has a little problem. After the Opening Class Activity, there was the reflection of the fourth-year students and some reflect made me feel bad. At 9 p.m., my mentor assistant called me and she said that I have to teach on tomorrow (on Wednesday) because they have the activity on Thursday morning, but I'm not prepared yet and I have to prepare it on that night.
On Wednesday, the day that I have to teach, I worried about everything and I told my mentor assistant that I can not do it, I do not want to teach, she told me that I can do it. I taught grade four- students about "clothes and the weather", I'm started with the warm-up activity, I said the lyrics of Hello song and the students repeat after me and they sang and danced along the song. Next, I showed the flashcard about the weather and clothes, I read and spell the vocabularies first and they repeat after me, after that, I divided the students into two group by counting one to two, gave the flashcard to each group and let them match the flashcard. Then, I let the students conversation based on sample sentences. The production step, I let the students draw the picture of the weather and how to dress and present their picture in front of the classroom. The wrap-up step I asked them, what they have learned. When I finished teaching, it's like get something off my chest.
After the ceremony on Thursday morning, me and the colleagues went to say goodbye to the director, teachers, and students, I just have listened to the words of my friends, my tears were overflowing from my eyes. I cannot say anything and I cannot look at the students. I do not know how I feel and why I was a cry.
The last day of teaching observation in the school, the students gave me the flowers, key chains, pens, and the letters. I've cried again when I read the letters. The students came to hug me and they said: if you have free time, back to school to visit me.
All of the four weeks, I want to say thank you to my mentor, although I rarely talk to her, my mentor assistance, she always advices and helps me and the special one is my students, although they were naughty, I still like them because I knew that they were young.

Week 9 : Teaching Observation III
The 3rd week of teaching observation in Muang Ubon School. I think this week is different from the first and second week because I have to do my project, I feel it is too hard and take a long time for me.
Me and my colleague have to finish our project this week. After I revised the project on the weekend, I proposed it to the Muang Ubon school's director and deputy director on Monday 3rd September and when they signed the project approval that means we can start our project. Because our project is renovating and making the new BBL ground at the Muang Ubon school, we have to paint over the old and draw the new ones. The obstacle to doing our project is rain, there was the heavy rain on Monday and Tuesday night, our team is very anxious about our project that we will be doing the BBL ground. We checked the forecast on the site, most of them said that the rain is heavy throughout the week. We worried about the rain, but we decided to do on Wednesday. On Wednesday morning, after the morning ceremony in the school, we have swept the water in the BBL ground due to the heavy rain on Tuesday night. When we were swept for a while, there were the students from grade 9 to help us that made us swept the water out from the ground faster. I feel so impressed that they came to help us. Then we waited for the BBL ground to dry and while we waiting for the ground to dry, we prepared the equipment, mixed the colors and keep the area, do not let people pass because of we afraid they will step on the color that is not dry. When the floor was dry so we started painting over the old ones that make the ground has more colorful and interesting. I feel very tired and I feel dizzy because it was very sunny, I was painting in the sun from morning to noon. When was the time to have lunch, me and my friends went to eat separately time and watch the BBL ground that the color was not dry, then there were the students who will try to get into the ground and I try to forbid them with the good words but it did not work so I started warning them, I fell bad about using words that not good for the students. After lunch, we back to paint again. The sun in the afternoon was very hot, I feel burned even though I wore a hat and a long sleeve shirt. There were grade 9 students to help us, at the first time I did not trust them, I'm afraid they will not paint well, but when I saw their intentions I did not think so. I would like to thank them. When we finished painting on the ground I feel worried about the rain again, I pray that rain does not fall in the evening.
On the next day, me and my colleague draw and painted the new BBL ground, we do it together until it success.
After do the project, I have learned anythings from myself , my colleague and the students, I would like to thank everyone for helping until our job was finish and I would like to thank myself for being patient.
